Assembly Associate . This role is responsible for utilizing simple hand and power tools to assemble, manufacture, disassemble, repair, sort, and inspect small soap-dispensing units and larger sub-assembly machines.

What You Will Do: - Assembles light mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic components to exact specifications
- Performs simple hydraulic and electrical checks to ensure the proper function of assembled equipment
- Performs assigned re-manufacturing operations including disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, polishing, inspection and re-assembly
- Works from process and specifications sheets
- Accurately processes necessary paperwork related to labor reporting and record keeping
- Utilizes TPM tools improve safety, efficiency, increase service to our customers and reduce cost
- Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality or productivity to the appropriate leader
- Ensures constant communication with management on daily activities and losses
- Assists in training teammates
- Other duties as assigned
Position Details: - Plant location: Elk Grove Village, IL
- Work week and shift: Day shift
- Compensation package offered:starting at $18.25 per hour
Minimum Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have basic math ability
- Experience using hand and power tools

Physical Demands: - Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Must be able to stand upwards of 10 hours
Preferred Qualifications: - Collaborative and team-orientated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time-management and communication skills
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: The pay rate for this role is a range of $18.25-$19.25 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
