Role Overview:

Every day presents a fresh mechanical puzzle that calls for your expertise. Uncover, diagnose, and resolve issues in CNC systems using electrical and mechanical know-how, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and dismantle faulty electrical or mechanical devices, repair or substitute failing components, and reassemble them with precision.
• Possess fundamental understanding of PLC logic to effectively calibrate equipment to meet specifications.
• Carry out comprehensive machine cycle sequence checks to diagnose malfunctions, backed by both machine and electrical theory.
• Perform critical electrical tests and interpret complex schematics, manuals, and testing procedures.
• Investigate and rectify defective printed circuit boards and take on associated tasks as required.
• Identify and communicate anomalies to supervisors while exercising judgment to adhere to guidelines.

Skill Set

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; advanced training in electrical/mechanical fields preferred.
• Rich background in manufacturing maintenance with proficiency in reading and applying ladder logic circuits and industrial schematics.
• Open availability for U.S. employment without the need for company sponsorship.

Desirable Expertise :

• Specialization in CNC Maintenance and solid understanding of machining and electrical terms.
• Associates degree in electronics or military electronics exposure is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems.

Proficiency expected in:

• PLC, Mechanical, and Electrical Troubleshooting

The role requires working closely with:

• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
