Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:  

• Complete PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems consistently.
• Advise and consult with buyers, securing signed agreements and identifying properties.
• Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers.
• Track all tasks and activities through PLACE Technology.
• Host two open houses each month.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing services.

Qualifications

• Highly driven sales professional with a competitive nature.
• Strong at building relationships, listening, and identifying solutions.
• Exceptional at prospecting, lead generation, and overcoming objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented licensed real estate professional.
• 1+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Organized, growth-minded, and learning-oriented.
• Willing to master scripts, dialogues, and time management skills.
