Eaton's IS AER FMC division is thrilled to announce a vacancy for a Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector on the second shift.

This role offers an hourly wage of $31.86 with a schedule running from 3:30 pm to midnight.

We are keen on candidates who are open to moving anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct various Non-Destructive Tests including Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection and pressure testing.
• Ensure certification is actively maintained in accordance with Level III requirements.
• Operate set-up processes for liquid penetrants and chemical etch inspections to locate significant defects, guided by NAS STD 410 and ASTME 1417.
• Set up, align, and operate electronic tools such as ultraviolet devices to assess material content and detect flaws under specified guidelines or direct instructions.
• Facilitate training for interns in FPI techniques.

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of one year of hands-on FPI inspection practice required.
• A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is necessary.
• No relocation advantages provided; however, applications from those willing to relocate within the US are welcome.
• This position involves dealing with ITAR regulated materials, so only U.S. persons as defined by these regulations may apply.

Level 2 Basic Qualifications:

• Identical to the main qualifications with a requirement for forty hours of coursework in lieu of actual experience.
