Job Overview Delbar Inman Park seeks an enthusiastic leader as General Manager. The role involves overseeing all restaurant operations, leading the team positively, managing reservations and seating, overseeing menu changes, and hiring, training, and developing staff. The GM monitors service quality, anticipates guest needs, and fosters a positive work environment. Daily meetings and staff development are key responsibilities. A minimum of 2 years' management experience in a high-quality restaurant is required.
