Position Summary:

We are seeking a senior-level Salesforce Cloud Developer to lead development initiatives within a large-scale enterprise Salesforce environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions leveraging the full suite of Salesforce tools particularly Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Lightning Components .

This position is onsite in White Plains, NY , and requires a candidate with a PD2 (Platform Developer II) certification and hands-on leadership experience in Salesforce Lightning development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Utilize Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , JavaScript , and other Salesforce technologies to deliver custom applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and perform code reviews.
• Work across cross-functional teams (QA, BA, Admins, and Architects) to support ongoing Salesforce improvements.
• Maintain and optimize integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems via APIs and middleware.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support CI/CD deployment activities.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks for consistent performance across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Lightning , including LWC , Apex triggers , SOQL , Visualforce , and Aura Components .
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is mandatory .
• Strong command over Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration/customization.
• Expertise in data modeling, integrations, API management, and Lightning App Builder.
• Deep understanding of Governor Limits , bulk-safe programming , and performance optimization best practices.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines , Salesforce DX , and source control (e.g., Git).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence .

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect , System Architect , or other advanced credentials.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience in large Salesforce projects.

Interview & Selection Note:

• One strong candidate has already completed Round 2 interviews .
• Client is looking to evaluate one final top-tier profile for comparison.
