MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT WAREHOUSE, MATERIAL HANDLING, OR PHYSICAL LABOR EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a Tire Loader/Unloader (Picker) to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. This role involves lifting and stacking tires ranging from 30 to 80 lbs, properly securing them inside containers

Shift: 1st Shift Mon–Fri: 5am-1:30pm (Overtime Mandatory) 

Requirements for Loader:

• Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse, material handling or physical labor experience
• Must have the ability to lift 30 - 80 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working in an enclosed trailer space
• Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have Steel-Toe shoes/boots

Responsibilities for Loader:

• Lift tires weighing between 30-80 lbs from steel pallets and stack or lace them inside containers in a safe and organized manner.
• Properly secure tires inside containers to ensure they remain in place during transportation.
• Cleaning tires if needed
• Lifting, bending, squatting, climbing and turning to cover the containers with product
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, ensuring all tires are stored in a secure and accessible manner
