Your Future Team The M&A Integrations Associate will be primarily responsible for supporting the M&A Integration Leads to ensure new advisor practices joining Hightower are prepared to operate and succeed on the Hightower platform. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless integration for the new advisor practices to the Hightower community. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Financial Advisor within an advisor practice and have genuine curiosity and desire to solve problems. What You’ll Do Manage integration project plans in Asana – working with corporate subject matter experts and the new advisor teams Use RIA experience to help with change management for incoming advisor teams Collaborate with Hightower subject matter experts to identify operational aspects of the new practice that require special attention and incorporate in the project plans Support the M&A Integration Lead in creating operational best practice playbooks Track key KPIs to ensure success including – Advisor platform readiness, platform usage and adoption, and pre vs post close processing performance What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of experience in an operational, client facing role, for an RIA, preferred CRM, client reporting, custodian, and any other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
