Permanent Nurse Practitioner - Oncology

The Genesis Cancer Care Institute, accredited by the NAPBC, NQMBC, CoC, and ACOS, is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the vibrant Quad Cities area of Iowa, the largest metropolitan area on the Mississippi River between Minneapolis and St. Louis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide patient services at our Davenport, IA location with potential coverage in Clinton and Silvis Clinics; travel required.
• Bring a minimum of 3-5 years of Oncology NP experience (excluding RN experience); new graduates are not accepted.
• Deliver patient and family-centered care through collaborative, team-based treatment.
• Join a dynamic team composed of 4 Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and seasoned clinical/non-clinical staff.
• Offer a full range of innovative treatments and services, including radiation oncology, infusion resources, genetic testing, and more.
• Engage in a collaborative environment to support patient care and education.
• Receive inpatient support from a dedicated hospitalist team.
• Enjoy a physician-led medical group that emphasizes leadership, wellness, and work-life balance.
• Note: This position is not open to locum candidates.
• Open to H-1B visa candidates; J-1 waivers not accepted.

Qualifications:

• Master s and/or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program - REQUIRED
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner - REQUIRED
• Active IA and IL licenses (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Minimum 3-5 years of Oncology NP experience (not including RN experience) - REQUIRED
• DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
• CSR/CDS (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:
