Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic, cross-functional projects focused on technology, data, strategy, people, and process optimization. This role ensures alignment with business objectives and value delivery across enterprise initiatives.

Job Type: 12 months contract, W2 without benefits

Remote (candidate must work in Eastern Time)

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing full project lifecycle - planning, execution, and delivery
• Leading diverse, matrixed teams to meet scope, timeline, and budget
• Creating and maintaining project documentation (Charters, CBAs, RAID logs, status reports)
• Developing and updating Epics and Features roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Tracking and managing project budgets and financial compliance
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and decision-making
• Driving change management and communication at the organizational level

Required experience and skills:

• 7 10 years in project/program management (Waterfall & Agile)
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Experience in breaking Epics into smaller, manageable Features and user stories
• Proficiency in using varied project management tools including Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, and any capacity/resource management tools
• Working knowledge of visualization/analytics tools including PowerBI

Nice To Have:

• Practical understanding of IdAM concepts and best practices, including authentication, authorization, certificatioidentity lifecycle events (J/M/L), RBAC/ABAC, etc.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile, MBA
• Ability to identify operational gaps, ask technical questions, and drive improvement
