Job Description - Oversee all on-site construction operations, including scheduling, coordination, and safety
- Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work
- Monitor site activities for adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, compliant job site
- Act as the key point of contact for field operations, collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients
- Manage daily reports, site documentation, inspections, and punch list completion
- Drive schedule performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accountability across trades

The Successful Applicant - 5+ years of experience as a superintendent on light industrial or manufacturing construction projects with a general contractor
- Proven track record of managing projects involving warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and robotics/automation systems
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control practices
- Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing fast-paced, schedule-driven projects with multiple trades on site
- Effective communicator and team leader with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy and familiar with construction management software
