Job Description

The 401' Table & Tap is currently seeking a dishwasher. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant.

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes, and sorts soiled dishes. Keeps the dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
• Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
• Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
• Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.

Requirements:

• Food Handlers Certification.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Bilingual preferred - strong communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Willingness to work with others.
• Performs high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
