Responsibilities include: Providing tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience. Overseeing a portfolio of clients and acting as the primary contact for internal and external clients. Managing teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects. Advising clients and ensuring high-quality tax services and advice. Participating in and contributing to market and business activities outside the firm. Additional responsibilities for Senior Manager: Managing risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and budgets. Collaborating with professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the practice. Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, EA, or other approved credentials. Candidates without these credentials have one year from hire to obtain at least one. Experience with pass-through entities and partnerships. Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams. Additional qualifications for Senior Manager: Minimum eight years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience. Experience mentoring staff.
